Matthew Jacob Wigglesworth

Matthew was born in Danbury Connecticut on October 9,1979. He graduated from Porter and Chester Institute. He married his high school sweet heart Vanessa (Spindle) Wigglesworth in Saint Peters Church, Danbury CT. He worked as an electrician’s assistant for US Electric Services.

Matthew is preceded in death by his grandparents Ernest and Josephine (Musante) Wigglesworth and John Anthony Iovino.

Loving husband of Vanessa, proud and loving father of Drew Olivia Wigglesworth and Reese Amelia Wigglesworth, the brother of Daniel Wigglesworth (Dena), Jason Wigglesworth (Suzanne), son of Ernest Albert Wigglesworth and Dr. Jeanette Iovino Wigglesworth and many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that are more like family.

Matthew, an incredible father, husband, brother, son, and friend, is the kind of person everyone should strive to be,keeping family values and love at the forefront. He never met a person that he wouldn’t later call a friend. Matthew spent his time making the world a brighter place.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Saint Peter’s Church, 104 Main Street, Danbury Connecticut.

A Celebration of Life will follow at (TBD).
