Mary was born in Danbury, daughter of the late George and Mary Durkin. She graduated from Danbury High School and had worked for many years for the Ullman Devices Company of Ridgefield.
She is survived by three children: Karen De Los Santos, of Danbury, Mary Savino and husband Lawrence of New Milford and John Pecor of Wolcott, her brother George Durkin and wife Marianne of Darien, as well as six grandchildren: Kristin Soares, Jessica Pecor, Fausto De Los Santos, Courtney Savino, John Pecor, III and Josh Pecor and two great grandchildren, Jayden and Jacob Soares.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter Church, on Tuesday morning at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, is in charge of arrangements.
