Jack was born in Danbury, CT, a son of the late John J. Michinko and Annette Jumytes Michinko.
Jack served with the US Army Reserves in Connecticut.
Jack worked most of his adult life at DanRidge Chevrolet & Colonial Ford as a car salesman and manager.
Jack had a love for Elvis and cars, especially Corvettes. He loved all things baseball and watching games with his son John.
Jack was predeceased by a sister, Barbara Mary Albano; and stepson, Stephen Takacs.
In addition to his wife of 37 years, survivors include his son, John Michinko wife Susan of Monroe NY; daughter, Kathleen Olick and her husband, Dan of Naugatuck, CT; daughter, Debbie Gebert and her husband, Walt of Bethel,CT . His grandchildren: Heather, Dana, John, Colleen and Shayna; and two great grandchildren: Mason & Mackenzie.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at St. Edward the Confessor Church, New Fairfield. Burial will follow in Mt. View Cemetery, New Fairfield.
