James J. Hart Jr.

Predeceased by his wife, Veronica M. Schiereck and his second wife, Sheila W. Cook Hart and son-in-law Bruce Jandorf, he will be sadly missed by his children, Kevin (Guyllen), Maureen (Gary Jandorf), Roseanne (Bill Ashby), Brian (Yan) & Joanne Garbarino. He will also be remembered by his 11 grandchildren, his 11 great-grandchildren and other family members & friends.

His career in the Graphic Arts Industry spanned almost 50 years. Jim served in the U.S. Navy in the Pacific Theatre during WWII.

He loved his family and his home and thoroughly enjoyed tennis, playing his piano, big band swing music & dancing.

Calling hours are on Monday June 23, 2014 at The Green Funeral Home, 57 Main Street, Danbury, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Edward the Confessor Church on Tuesday June 24, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. to celebrate Jim’s life.
