Gary W. Driscoll

Gary W. Driscoll, 67, of Danbury, passed away peacefully at his home on December 2, 2017 after a short illness. Gary was born in Bridgeport, CT. His career was in auto sales, most recently employed by McMahon Ford in Norwalk, CT, where he enjoyed a close relationship with his co- workers. Gary was an avid NASCAR Racing fan who couldn’t wait for the annual trip to Dover with his brothers-in-law. He was also a very good woodworker, creating beautiful Adirondack chairs and a special cradle that his nieces and nephews slept in. As they grew they fondly referred to him as “Uncle G”.

Gary was married to and is survived by his loving and devoted wife Victoria (Coladarci) for a wonderful 32 years. He always referred to her as “Deedee”, his special pet name for her. Gary is also survived by two sons, Gary Jr. and William, as well as his sister Sharon Heffler of Texas, and his brother Kevin Driscoll of Florida, several brother and sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. Gary was predeceased by his loving parents, Lois and Donald.
