Wilma Inez Burkhalter Witt, age 94, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2018. Wilma was born July 31, 1923, in Texarkana, TX to Virginia and Wilbur Burkhalter.
On January 22, 1954 Wilma married Charles Witt and moved from Texarkana, TX to Dallas, TX. Later they relocated to Duncanville, TX where she and Charles raised their 2 children, Charla and Russell. Wilma worked in the accounting department at Southwestern Drug Corporation where she retired. She was also a member of First United Methodist church of Duncanville. Wilma had many friends and family who loved her.
She is survived by her daughter Charla Guyon and husband John, son Russell Witt, brother James Burkhalter and wife Nancy, 3 grandchildren, Courtney Haines and husband Ryan, Justin Witt and wife Camille & Layci Dagley and husband Adam and 3 great-grandchildren, Ava Witt, Symphony Dagley and Luke Dagley. She is preceded in death by husband Charles Witt.
