At an early age, Willie joined the New Hope Baptist Church in Falcon, Arkansas. Willie worked for several years at TXU Electric and later retired from Zales Corporation.
Willie had eleven siblings to precede him in death, six brothers and five sisters. As well as his late wife Deloris J. Betts Williams. Willie is survived by his daughters Cheryl Williams (Timothy), Lucretia Williams, Selena Williams, Step-daughter Stephanie Pryor, son Qualon Williams, and brother Thomas Jefferson Williams (Dallas, Tx) and three sisters-in-law: Vira Hopson (Pensacola, FL), Marie Hopson (Los Angeles, CA), and Freddie Williams (Dallas, Tx); a host of nieces and nephews, grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A special thank you to the people at Harbor Hospice for their loving care and support during his final days. Also, the family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to Singing Hills Funeral Home and Laurel Land Funeral Home for their spirit of excellence and compassion during this difficult time.
