Willy Morris, age 78, passed away on September 15, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. He was born on November 8, 1938 in Seymour, Texas to Edward and Mary Ann Morris. Willy was raised in Seymour, Texas and attended High School in Seymour, Texas. He served in the United States Army.
He married Peggy Morris in 1960 and the couple had two children. He was a barber, working in his own shop at Southern Methodist University for forty-four wonderful years.
In his spare time Willy enjoyed fishing, welding, wood-working, reading, watching football, and watching western movies.
His family and friends will always remember him as a “people” person, and a friend who was always there for everyone he met in his life.
He is preceded in death by his parents and five siblings.
Willy is survived by his wife of 56 years Peggy Morris; son, Dub Morris and family; daughter, Julie Perry, and family; and three beautiful grandchildren.
