William Charles Luttrell. Born January 9, 1929 in Halls, Tennessee passed away, January 12, 2015, in Dallas, Texas. William retired from the City of Dallas after 30 years of dedicated service. He was an avid outdoorsman and especially loved gardening. He is preceded in death by his parents, William Albert and Ida Victoria Luttrell; son, Kenny Luttrell; siblings, Oline Palmer, Gracie Ferrell, and Irvin Luttrell. Survivors include: wife, Ludie Frances Luttrell; children, Doug Luttrell and wife Liz, Carolyn Hoedebeck and husband Randy, Mickey Luttrell and wife Kathy, Gary Luttrell and wife Lina; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a great great-grandson; siblings, Lois Lewis and Mervin Luttrell. The family will receive friends, 6:00 until 8:00 PM, Wednesday, January 14, 2015, at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held, 1:00 PM, Thursday, Sparkman/Crane Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
