William Ross Kinsey was born April 1st, 1966 in Dallas, Texas. William left this earth on March 16th, 2016. He is survived by his father and step-mother: Franklin & Betty Kinsey of Ovilla, Texas. William is also survived by his mother: Betty Ray of Salt Lake City, Utah, son Jason Kinsey of Garland, Texas, brothers: Jeffrey Kinsey and spouse Barbara Kinsey of Irving, Texas, Cody Ray of Salt Lake City, Utah, step-brother: Joe Daniel & spouse Holley Daniel of Grand Prairie, Texas, sister: Resa Grogg of Gladwin, Michigan. William had several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews to cherish his memory. We will be honoring William’s memory with a visitation at 11 am on March 21st with a funeral service following at 12 pm.
