Billy had a passion for fishing, and loved visiting with family and friends.
He is survived by his brother, Robby Hemmi; sister, Kathy Hemmi Nevitt and husband Matt; brother, David Hemmi and wife Terri; sister, Theresa Hemmi Lobmeyer and husband Mike; 13 nieces and nephews; and 14 great-nieces and nephews.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents, Virginia and Robert Hemmi.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 10:00am at Sparkman-Crane Funeral Home, with an outdoor reception to follow at the funeral home.
