W. "Don" Parker, born in Midland, TX on May 26, 1958, graduated Midland Lee High School in 1976, attended Texas Tech University, joined AKPsi where he met his wife of 29 years, Pam Parham Parker and raised three children Billy, Wesley, and Lily Parker in Richardson, Texas. Don was a stay at home dad, substituted at JHE in RISD and worked for Lowe's. Don was preceded in death by his parents, WD and Jo Ann Parker and his brother Mark. Don loved his family, friends, cooking, the Dallas Mavericks and Music. The Celebration of Life will be held on February 9, 2021 at 3:30 PM at First United Methodist Church Richardson.
