Vy graduated from highschool and worked as a laborer at various jobs throughout his life.
Vy was a friendly person and his favorite hobby was Chinese Chess.
He is survived by his parents, Tam Tinh Luu & Anh Ngoc Hong; Nine brothers and sisters;
Nieces, nephews, and many close relatives and friends.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 6th. 2017
