To the family...Vicki had a smile that brighten up a room.  My prayers will forever be with you all.   Let the light she brought into this world continue brighten your hearts. I was so sorry to hear that Vicki had passed away....its hard to try to understand God's timing...we just have to trust Him.  I worked with Vicki for years at the FRB. What can you say about Vicki that everyone doesn't already know...  She was a very special lady and friend.  We had many talks at work and on the phone in the past.  When we spoke of our kids we always had to be sure of the AMY or AMIE we were discussing.  We both had them, just spelt different.  She would pass me in the hall at work and say "Hi cutie"  I know she said that to everyone and I am sure she meant it everytime she said it.  If you looked up the word  friend/friendship Vicki was definitely that to me.  Jimmy, Amy, Casey and those wonderful grandkids, I know she loved you so very much and I know you know that too.  She will always be one of those friends you will never forget. My heart goes out to you and my prayers are with you always.         Rita
