Its been 27 days and I feel like it's still a big dream. I miss you so much! I want to remember everything about you. The last hug I remember how hard you squeezed me and I could feel your cheek bone pressed into my cheek bone and it hurt..lol. You whispered in my ear that you wanted to buy Natalie the air force 1s that she showed you for Christmas. I wish you were here to give them to her. Christmas is 1 week away and I'm not ready. All you ever wanted is our family to be together all the time and I want you to know we are going to make a better effort to make this happen in your honor. Oh and please stand with Aunt Tammie be there when she walks again! I love you baby brother. 

I remember the last time I saw Tristan, he was showing us his guitar and playing it. I remember walking to his room with him and him explaining his amazing psychedelic stories. He had such a blooming attitude despite his struggles. That day we sat outside his apartment and hanged out and had great time. He was always up to something, he started a website making company with a couple of friends, he really wanted to succeed in life. Rest in Paradise brother. See you again one day. <3  

The moment I saw Tristans smile I knew that he had a beautiful soul. He was the kind of friend that was always there for you no matter how long it was in between visits. His passion for life inspired me to never give up ! I dont understand what God has in store for him now , all I do know is that we are missing a beautiful child that should still be with us ! God take good care of Tristan until we see him again ! I will miss his smile , his voice and his hugs ! Keep entertaining the angels in heaven for us ! We love you Tristan ! Keep an eye out for Treasure while you're looking down on us ! My heart has been heavy with your passing. I first met you from youth group days at church and I was one of your leaders. Oh the many crazy memories I have with you and Treasure. Taking y’all to the park & ya’ll making a video for me when I lived in Guatemala. 
You always made me laugh! 
When you were in youth I would always pick you & other students up for small groups or a youth event. 
One of my favors memories was when you texted me & told me you got the same car as me! You told me you were gonna work on it & make it fast! 
It made me laugh & feel special. I was so proud of you! 
Your life was taken too early! 
I miss you! 
I love you! 
You and Treasure will always have a special place in my heart! 

Tristan was my absolute best friend more like a brother. The most fun I've ever had in my life was when i was spending time with Tristan. I loved watching Tristan rap and play his ukelele. Music was deffinately his talent and passion. Everyone that knows Tristan can say he lit up a room when he walked in. I love you so much  Tristan until we meet again. I will cherish every memory of you!!

Tristan, what can I say? You were such a beautiful young man. I’m going to miss you very much! The way you did that crooked smile when you knew you were getting on my nerves. The way you just loved me unconditionally and always made me feel like the cool big sister. I wasn’t, but you made me always feel like I was. You gave some of the best hugs and I will always miss those. I’m going to miss you just stopping by randomly to visit your niece, nephews, me and Jes. I’m always going to be waiting for a new song from you, so I can tell you how amazing you are and how much I love it! I have been listening to your music and it’s so hard hearing your voice, but it will never stop me from listening to it as loud as I can and crying and being thankful that you can live on through your music. I will always wish you were here, but little brother I will see you somewhere over the rainbow one day. I love you forever and always Tristan. 

What a man, that smile that gaze when you walked my way! Made me fall apart. He was strong, intelligent, above all a person with true love and respect for human life. I really loved my time with him.  Everyone he loved he loved with everything he had. We shared so much in such lovely moments to difficult ones, even to drunken sad conversations to arguments about the world that were insignificant. I always learned from him.. learned to be a better person. Tristan always impacted my life deeply from day one. We did it all. Even through difficult times, sleepless nights, being broke together, spending our last dollar on one another, we always had each other’s back.  Even in rough times he always did right by anyone.. We planned alot.. future possibilities of one day being able to resume.. having a life together... We shared fears and secrets, we told each other everything including the things that we did wrong. He didn’t take anyone’s excuses, he believed in doing the things that make you scared & becoming the best person you can be. There was no filter between us. Just acceptance and love. I finally felt like someone knew exactly what I felt.. that I wasn’t alone, someone knew my pain. Part of me has gone with him.  He was a part of my universe. We spent the last Saturday and Sunday holding each other and working on a song of his... Tristan Banks you will be missed and everyday I don’t have you is just another day closer to seeing you again.. We were two young souls swimming in a fish bowl. Your presence lingers  & it always will..everyday the smell of your clothes, your Versace cologne. Even the waffle batter from work.. it’s fresh in my mind and there to stay. I send my love to you all In this tragic time and I am so honored. Honored to have been able to love and share love with such a beautiful soul.

I met tristan a few years back while working the night shift. He was a different and eclectic guy to say the least. During that time i got to catch a glimpse of him comming into his own and being the person he wanted to be. He gave a cat that i went on to love immensely. Ill always remember late nights on sofas and will always remeber you when i get buzzbrews. Ill miss you ,tristan take care up there save some fun for the rest of us.

Tristan, I met you a month after your 18th birthday at Buzzbrews.  We started as workmates and soon became best friends.  You had a dream of becoming a better person and a great man.  You asked me to help.  From that day on I loved you like a little brother.  You're, smart, tough, and stubborn.  We butted heads a lot, even fought.  It was because I expected you to expect more from yourself and life.  We'd argue and not talk, over and over.  But always returned as friends excited to see each other.  We made a funny pair.  I was older and childish and you were young and grumpy.  We made each other better people.  I know now I was the one who was blessed through our friendship.  I'm the one who became a better person and a better man.  I've never met anyone like you Tristan, nor do I think I ever will.  I'll never forget you.  Thank you for everything. Tristan, my nephew, I will miss you so very much. Words can not describe the emptiness I feel where you are now absent. I simply can not grasp that you are not here anymore.  I have so many memories but my favorites will always be the ones where you and your sisters and brother made with my own son and daughter, Cody and Paige. I will miss watching you all grow together. It's like I can't quite grasp that this is real. I know you are now in heaven with my daughter, your cousin London.  Both you and London were victims of murder.  Both taken entirely tòo young. I remember when we hung out for Marcos’ birthday and we were all chilling in the living room and I was petting your cat. Then when it started purring I was like “oh crap he’s vibrating weirldy” and you busted out laughing and asking everyone if they heard what I'd just said lol I felt so dumb but then again it was hilarious to you! You were always so nice and never minded talking about anything we’d ask you. You will be missed ❤️

Tristan, I know we haven't talked in a while, or seen each other in a few years, but you are someone I could not forget. You were in my life for a few years, and I am so grateful I was able to know you. I remember when you and Treasure first came to Code Blue, and how both of you just became apart of the Code Blue family instantly. I remember church camps, and church all-nighters. You were so full of life, and so good at making friends. Yeah, we had a crush on each other, I can say that now, lol. I remember how I would call your house so many times because you didn't have a cell phone, and your mom or Treasure would answer, and call for you. I was so scared I would get in trouble by your mom for calling so much, but we would talk for hours about just nothing. You encouraged me, and I encouraged you, and we became best friends for a little while. We had serious talks, angry talks, and then just best friend talks. Everyone just loved to be around you, you were just that kind of person. There was  a certain light about you. You were funny, and could make anyone laugh in minutes. My heart is aching for you, and wishing so badly you were still here on this earth. God had great plans for your life, I truly believe that. You were a gift to anyone who knew you, and you will not be forgotten. 

Tristan, how the years have past us and how carried away we got in our own lives. Although towards the end we lost touch, I can honestly say you will be an unforgettable person. Freshman year, English class.. the point in our lives when we were the closest. I remember you always being part of my work group and only you and I knew how much we argued over nothing but snapped right out of it in seconds. We found ourselves bumping heads, and I would sit there upset and I would roll my eyes at you and you would sit there, across from me.. mocking my every move until I could no longer help being mad and just burst into laughter. We were like sour patches. Sour then sweet. I remember we would get in trouble by Ms.Mays because instead of focusing on our work you would start these little rap battles and make beats with your pencil... crazy how now they’re all memories now. You were so sweet, genuine and intelligent. I still cannot believe you’re no longer with us. The moments we shared, I will cherish forever. God has taken you into his home, where you will be living the life you have always deserved. Thank you for being my friend when you lived amongst us & thank you for allowing me to be a part of your life. You will forever be missed by many. Fly high my friend, until we meet again <3

Oh my goodness where do I begin!? We had so many laughs shared, hugs, and a couple little middle school kisses hahaha. You were such a sweetheart and always so joyful. I will never forget always hanging out with you at church, decorating the church for Christmas and running off in a corner alone to have private conversations. Hahaha. and the few times you came over to my house, or the times we went to Six Flags together, or that one time in high school when you came to support me at my football game I was cheering at!!!! You always were such a good friend to me and my brother. So full of life. I’m blessed to have known you. You taught me that no matter what’s going on at home, or whatever situations arise to keep your head up and always look forward. You were always so uplifting in your words, and could make anyone laugh! I will miss you, and Maxx will too! Fly High!!!!! Always will love you and your family! 

Last couple of days I've been reminiscing on all the fun days we shared with Tristan, they where always fun never dull moments. 
One day the buzzbrews crew hanged out at the apartment he had at the time, he was very excited that we where there with him because of how proud he was of himself and also was happy to show us his ukulele skills, he was pretty good and I bet he was a lot better now..
When we first met he talked to me as if he knew me forever, he was trying to get to know me, he cracked all these lame jokes (which I use now) they did make me laugh, he did that every single shift. We had alot of fun times during and after work. 
We will forever remember you, you had such a beautiful soul.

Oh, my crazy Tristan! I will never forget how you waltzed into my office a few years ago - so confident and charming, full of jokes - and thus our friendship began.  We didn't hang out every day, but you were always striving to be your best; you created music, followed your passion, pursued your dreams, asked questions, always had a sparkle in your eye, always knew how to take a joke, never took yourself too seriously, & didn't fear anyone or anything. At least, that's how I saw you. I will never forget you . . . until we meet again, all my love, my brother.

We have too many memories to share but I have a lot of favorites. My favorite right now is that time we were grounded when we were little & our rooms were right next to each other so we took knifes from the kitchen & cut a hole in the wall to see each other but mine was about five inches wide & yours was this tiny little hole because I was trying to see you & you were just trying to hear me & talk to me. Our mom found it & we were in so much trouble. We never liked being far from each other. We always depended on each other. I taught you how to swing & you taught me how to ride a bike. You made me who I am today. I love you so much it hurts. I can’t believe I have to go the rest of my life without you. I don’t know what else to say. Everything in my heart is hard to translate but I think you know what I mean, twin <3 

Oh Tristan, where do I start. My fellow mate, my brother-in-law, and my brother in spirit. All the momories I ever had with you are some of the best memories I have made in my life. I took you under my wing when we where both young and foolish. I extended my love to you in the time of need when I could. All the days coming home from school and work when we where roommates are some of the best days I have truely had. You helped me tap into my spiritual self, and you where always there with open arms to help cheer, lend a hand, and just simply extend any part of you to others.  It breaks my heart because Flower loves you dearly, and I know you loved her, I could feel it when you where around. I love you Tristan D. Banks. Until next time T. 

I remember riding our bikes all through downtown and uptown, Tristan always refusing to be left behind however hard I pushed him. I would look back and see that big smile that was always stuck on his face. He’d be singing some song and just be full of positive energy at all times. I love you bro, and I’m gonna miss you so much. 

I remember talking and visiting with my cousin Tristan  at grandmas few years ago, he surely will be missed wish I got to see him make it with his music..  I wish you peace and love till we meet again someday.. Your memory will forever live on in our family and in our hearts . We love you Always,
