Mrs. Gruber passed away on December 08, 2024. Toby was born on September 22, 1923 in Dallas, Texas to Harry and Eva Rosenstock. She graduated in 1940 from Forest Avenue High School in Dallas. Mrs. Gruber began her work force career in the Aerospace business; initially for Chance Vought Aircraft and its following Companies through LTV and ending up retiring from Lockheed Martin in Dallas, Texas. She began her career initially as a key-punch operator and accepted the challenge from her management to go to night school at SMU taking engineering courses. Ultimately serving as a Weights Engineer until she retired in 1985.
Toby and her husband (Ben) enjoyed many cruises throughout the world until his death in 2009.
Mrs. Gruber is survived by her son Gerald Gruber and wife, Gladys; daughter Sue Rinsky and husband Art; daughter Lee Ann Moss; daughter Lori Bermudez; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside service Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at Shearith Israel Cemetery at 11:00a.m. Located at 4634 Dolphin Rd. in Dallas; Rabbi Kim Herzog-Cohen officiating.
