Dearest Tom,
You are still in my thoughts so often.  I wondered how long that would be the case, but then I realized, it will be always, because you are a part of me.  You opened my life up to so many experiences I would not have had if it weren't for you.  Thank you for everything.  God bless you and all those who are missing you.

I was sorry to hear of Tom's passing.  We were good friends in our younger years, but, like many went our own ways later.  I will not forget the St. Mark's Pecos.  He was in my group, and we saw nothing but rain for the whole
trip.  Tom I salute you up there, my old friend.

To Helen, Charlie, and all Tom's family, we are so very sorry for your terrible loss and  pray for your comfort and strength.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Tom's passing.  Someone so special can never be forgotten. My thoughts are prayers are with his family.  Please know how much you are loved and how deeply your loss is felt by all.

Words cannot express the shock and sadness I have been feeling since hearing of Tom's death.  I worked with Tom and Muttley to "widen" Muttley's life experiences and improve his socialization.  It was beautiful to watch Tom's surprise and wonder at the changes Muttley made on every outing.  If I know anything about Tom, it is that he loved Muttley and Scooter tremendously.  Tom was their "Dad", and he took that job seriously.  I hope Tom has found his peace in heaven. He and his dogs will never be forgotten, they were his angels on earth.

My deepest sympathy to Tom's family.  I will always remember Tom as a kind-hearted, very smart, and innovative guy.  This is very sad news.

as the mother of a dear, close friend of Tom's , my heart breaks for all those who will miss him and for all that he will miss being in their lives.

Tom was such a funny man, with a giant heart.  I can remember him making me laugh almost every time I have seen him over all these many, many years.  Which makes the sadness I feel now so incongrous to all of the memories I have of him.  Go with God my friend!  You are already sorely missed by us all.

Tom was my Best Friend and the Love of my Life!  I am so sad that our time was cut short but I feel so blessed for the time God allowed us.  Tom made me a better person and he was the best part of my day.  I know he is at peace and waiting for us in Heaven.  I continue to pray for Tom's family, as I imagine their pain is far greater than mine.

Words seem inadequate to express the sadness I feel.

Tom's heart was as big as the sun and the moon.  The love he had for Muttley and Scooter is something that is often too rare to find.  I am so grateful for the time Tom was a part of my life.
