Thomas Eddie DiFiore

Thomas “Eddie” DiFiore, age 87 years, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2023 with his family by his side. Beloved husband of Vicky, née Chandler for 40 years. Dear father of Deborah (Nicholas) Cray, Thomas (Linda) DiFiore and Desiree (Jason) Doland and step-father of Caren Thuman and Steve Thuman. Proud Papa to Rebecca, Jessica, Ryan, Jason, Alyssa, Michael, Lucas, Maggie, Matthew and Blake, Jordan, Sophie and Stella. Special great-grandpa to Elliot DiFiore. Devoted son of late Antonio and Carmella (Balistrieri) Fiore and loving brother of late Anthony DiFiore (Karen) and late sister Nancy Fiore.

Born on July 6, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois, Eddie attended St. Phillips High School, Washburne Trade School and served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He loved playing his B-flat trumpet in the Melrose Park Italian Feast Band, traveling, caring for his dogs and cooking delicious food. Eddie was happiest when surrounded by his family. He will be deeply missed.
