Teresa C. Hernandez was born March 7, 1943 in Cameron, Texas. She was the daughter of Alejandro and Petra Cortez and entered into rest on March 28, 2018 in Dallas, Tx.

Teresa retired from Bank of America after 30 plus years. Teresa was an avid gardener; she loved playing cards with her family and she especially loved shopping. She loved cooking for her grandchildren and family. Spending time with her children and grandchildren was her passion.

Teresa is survived by her children, Annette Hernandez, Angela Hernandez, Frank Hernandez (wife , Teresa), Dianna Gonzales (husband, Guadalupe); 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and one brother, Natividad Cortez.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Rosary at 7:00 p.m. and visitation will resume on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. until Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. at Calvary Hill Funeral Home. Interment to follow in cemetery.
