Sylvia Berdelle Lynch

Sylvia (Cindy) Berdelle Moen Lynch, 93, passed away Nov. 6, 2022, in Sanger, TX. She was born Sept. 22, 1929, in rural Ettrick, Wisconsin, the tenth of 13 children, to Christian and Ella (Mustad) Moen. She spent her early years on the family farm before eventually moving to Beaches Corner where she graduated from Blair High School in 1947.

She married James (Red) M. Lynch at First Lutheran Parsonage Feb. 16, 1952, in Blair, WI. They moved to Dallas, Tx and raised their family.

She enjoyed her daily crossword puzzles, soap operas, reading and cheering on her favorite Dallas Mavericks. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.

She is reunited in Heaven with the love of her life and greatly missed husband Red, her parents, and 11 brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her sister Beverly Sather, her children who adored her, Christie (Alan) Trietsch, Rebecca (Jimmy) Chronister, Jim (Ellen) Lynch Jr., David (Kaaren) Lynch, and Lisa (Scott) Cody. Beloved Grandma to Garett (Margaret), Kelly (Daniel), Aaron (fiancee Jessica), Loren, Spencer (Emma), Chance (Hannah), Mary (Forrester), Heather, and Courtney (Hamish). Sweetest Great Grandma Sya to Campbell, Jenson, Jacob, Cade, Rowan, Bridger, Aiden, Isabella, Asher, Ivy, Levi, Cody, Heidi, and Maizie. As well as many nieces and nephews. We all love you dearly.

What a legacy this union leaves behind to carry on their love of Jesus Christ and family.

A visitation for Sylvia will be held Monday, November 14, 2022, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Laurel Land Funeral Home, 6300 South R.L., Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75232. Following the visitation will be a celebration of life from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Little Bethel Memorial Park, 1803 CEDAR HILL RD, DUNCANVILLE, TX 75137.
