Shirley Miller (Granny) went to meet Jesus on January 11, 2016.
She was preceded in death by husband David H Miller, son-in-law Gary Goodman Sr., grandson Gary Goodman Jr. and spouse Kathy, and grandson in law David Farmer. She is survived by her daughter Davene Goodman, granddaughter Melanie Farmer, great grandson Gavin Farmer and nieces and nephew.
She had a long beautiful precious life and was the epitome of a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. A bible scholar, Sunday School teacher and pianist. She was a strong woman and a fighter to the end. She will be greatly missed!
Graveside Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 13 at 1:00pm at Grove Hill Memorial Park, and will be preceded by Visitation from 10 to 12:30pm at Grove Hill Funeral Home.
