Shirley Ann Copeland Medina

Shirley Ann Medina 78, passed away October 29, 2012 at her home in Plano, TX. Shirley was born May 30, 1934 in High Point, North Carolina to William Alexander Copeland III and Dorothy Preston McCanless Copeland. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, William Alexander Copeland IV. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, John Raymond Medina; 5 daughters, Deborah Pomroy and husband Rick, Brenda Hykle, Vesta Medina, Teri McGinn and husband Larry and Becki Hammond; 14 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; cousin, William “Bill” Ray; numerous nieces, nephews other family and a host of friends. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service to begin at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 1, 2012 at Calvary Hill Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment to follow at Calvary Hill Mausoleum. Memorials may be made to Vitas Hospice.
