Sharollet “Shar” Thompson was born in Dallas, Texas to Howard and Mamie Burton Thompson. She has one daughter India.
Sharollet attended Dallas ISD schools including Birdie Alexander Elementary, D. A. Hulcy Middle School, and Business and Management Center High School Class of 1990. She continued her education at Texas Southern University Houston, Texas.
Shar was employed as a Staffing Coordinator in the Houston area for more than twenty (20) years.
