Sam was born on July 26, 1985 in New Haven, Connecticut, a son of Thomas A Jr. and Ann Lemke Williams.
He is survived by his parents, a sister Rebecca (Jeff) Beineke of Indianapolis, IN and paternal grandmother, Kathleen Williams of Bristol, VA.
He is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, O. John and Catherine (Gallivan) Lemke, and paternal grandfather, Thomas A. Williams, Sr.
Sam was a graduate of Plano (TX) West High School and Ivy Tech in Lafayette, IN, where he earned an associates degree in automobile technology. Sam worked in the automobile industry. Sam was known as a sports enthusiast, who participated in rock climbing, soccer, bicycling, bowling and ultimate Frisbee. Sam was a nutrition counselor for a nationally known health company. He volunteered at Habitat for Humanity. He had a life-long love of all types of role playing games.
Sam was greatly loved and known for his gentle disposition and kindness toward others.
To honor Sam, the family suggest contributions in his memory be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention or Habitat for Humanity.
The Memorial Service and Celebration of Life for Samuel will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 6:30 PM at the Ted Dickey West Funeral Home in Dallas, located at the intersection of George Bush and Coit.
