Ruth White Williams

Ruth White Williams, Born March 26, 1929 in Redwater, TX. The youngest of eight girls, beloved wife and mother went home to be with our Lord on December 27, 2009. She is survived by her husband of 61 years Lee Williams, daughters Ledith Eckols and husband, Roman of Modesto, CA, Linda Williams of Tampa, FL, Lila Williams of Dallas, TX, sister Mollie Jackson of Little Rock, AR, sister-in-law Alice Wilson and husband John, and a multitude of nieces and nephews. She was an active member in her church, The First Baptist Church of Meadowview in Mesquite, TX. She enjoyed her career at H&R Block for 25 years as a tax preparer. She also was a beautician and fixed hair for many years for her family and friends. Visitation is 6-8pm, Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at Grove Hill Funeral Home. Services will be 1pm, December 30, 2009 at The First Baptist Church of Meadowview in Mesquite, TX. Interment to follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
