Rosa Lee Standifer, age 95, was born March 29, 1924, in Wheatland, Texas, to her parents, Patra and Henry Nelson. She passed away October 17, 2015. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, George T. Standifer. Rosa Lee is survived by a brother-in-law, Hilton Standifer; son and a daughter, George Standifer, Jr. and wife, Patricia of Dallas; and Lisa Standifer of Dallas; grandchildren, Jason Standifer and wife, Amy, Jeremy Standifer and wife, Katy, Jennifer Meador and husband, Trey, Jillian Peyton and husband, Brandon; great grandchildren, Morgan Standifer, Logan Standifer, Landon Standifer, Carys Standifer, Aislyn Standifer, Tage Standifer, Jackson Meador, Grace Meador, and Tommy Peyton. Visitation is Tuesday, October 20, 2015, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Laurel Land Memorial Park in Dallas, Texas. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., at Faith Baptist Church, 111 W. Camp Wisdom, Duncanville, Texas. Interment will follow at 1:15 p.m. at the Dallas-Ft. Worth National Cemetery in Dallas. ?
