Richard Goode was born March 16, 1933 in Glencoe, AL. He passed away May 18, 2011 in Dallas, TX at the age of 78. Richard had a successful career in the apparel business which spanned many years. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother. Richard is survived by his wife of 56 years, Pat; daughters, Gretchen and Jennifer; and sister, Frankie G. Charlton. A Funeral Mass will be 11:00 am, Thursday, May 26, 2011 at St. Rita Catholic Church, 12521 Inwood Rd. Dallas 75224, Rev. Msgr. Robert Coerver, Celebrant. The family will greet friends following the Mass at a reception in Sweeny Hall at St. Rita. If desired, memorial contributions may be made in Richard’s name to St. Rita Catholic Church.
