Reta Faye Schlesinger of Dallas, 81 years old, passed away Friday, March 29, 2013. She was born May 24, 1931 to Leslie Clarence and Ruth Butler Beadles in Hopkins County, TX. Reta graduated from Yantis High School in 1947, and moved to Dallas, TX to become a successful business owner of Schlesinger Executive Services. Reta married Dean Schlesinger, loving husband of 44 years, who passed away June 14, 2012. Reta is survived by her sister Letha (Ron) Tosh; children Bill Finklea, Teresa (Larry) Smith, Ralph (Sandra) Finklea; stepchildren John (Carol) Schlesinger, Pamela (Hunter) Potts, Susan (David) Head; 14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Her parents and her grandson, Clay Finklea, preceded her in death. Visitation will be held at Grove Hill Funeral Home on Monday, April 1, 2013 from 6-8pm and services will be held April 2, 2013 at 2:00 pm with interment to follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
