Ramiro was born on December 2nd 1952 in San Antonio, Texas. Ramiro was preceded by his mother Irene Campos, his abuelo’s Clemente and Clara Campos and his brother Freddie Sifuentes.
Ramiro retired from the city of Dallas after 35 years of service. He went on to work for the City of Irving as an assistant city manager for 12 years.
His legacy will live on for years to come in the hearts and minds of everyone he came across. His dedication to his community was undying. He never stopped making plans and working his hardest to better the community for the people of Irving even in his sleep.
Family for Ramiro was his number one priority, and the reason for all he did. Ramiro is survived by his loving wife Sandra Basques of 49 years, loving children Stephanie Lopez Morgan and Matthew Ramiro Lopez and survived by his loving grandchildren Armando, Ramiro, Stephan and Dominick. He is also survived by his two sisters Josie and Margie and brothers Reyes, Carlos, Albert, Manuel and Jerry."
