Father and Son
It is with profound sadness and deep respect that we announce the passing of Quinton White, a
dedicated and courageous individual who was an Army Veteran, Firefighter-Paramedic,
husband, and father. Quinton went home to the Lord on February 1, 2024, leaving behind a
legacy of bravery, compassion, and unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of
others.
Born on January 25,1988 in Dallas, Texas, Quinton exemplified the qualities of a true hero from
an early age. Raised with a sense of duty and honor, he felt a calling to serve both in the military
and as a first responder.
Quinton enlisted in the Army, where he embarked on a remarkable journey of service to the
nation with his work in the National Security Agency. During his time in the military, he was
rewarded with the Army Commendation Medal for demonstrating initiative, enthusiasm,
professional ability, and sincere devotion to the unit’s mission.
As a Firefighter-Paramedic, Quinton worked with resilience and dedication for both the Edgecliff
and Dallas Fire Departments. He demonstrated exceptional courage on the front lines,
combating fires, providing emergency medical care, and selflessly protecting others. Quinton
was not only a skilled professional but also a compassionate soul who comforted and reassured
those in distress.
Outside of his military and first responder duties, Quinton was a beloved husband, father, and
son. He loved his family unconditionally. He touched the lives of many with his kindness,
generosity, and willingness to lend a helping hand. His impact extended beyond the uniform,
leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
Quinton is survived by his loving wife, Amy, and their children Ayden and Abigail, who will
cherish the memories of his selfless service and the moments they shared together. Quinton
was the oldest of his siblings, previously departed Teresa Lynn White and is survived by sister,
Wanda Kathaleen White, stepsister, Brittany Dennis, mother and stepfather, Veronica and
Walter Dennis.
A memorial service to celebrate Quinton’s life will be held on February 14, 2024 at Fielder
