He greatly enjoyed and loved his wonderful grandchildren; each having their own special and unique bond with him. He is loved and adored by so many friends and family, all who have their own stories, laughs and jokes for sure.
Paul worked as a butcher since the age of 13 where he grew up in West Dallas. He devoted his life to his work and served as Plant Manager for Freeman Foods, Texas Meat and Swift. His lifelong passion of the food service industry led him to open his own business Sauseda’s Restaurant which he ran alongside his wife Minerva (Minnie) for over 10 years. During his time in the food industry, Paul personally taught Chef’s proper steak cutting techniques at some of the finest steakhouses in Dallas. Paul and Minnie devoted their time together personally preparing meals for hundreds of people at their restaurant and caterings.
Paul lived life to the fullest and enjoyed grilling, smoking briskets, fishing, camping and spending time on the lake. If you had the privilege to call him friend, you know he made each one of you feel as if you were his very best and closest friend. Don’t feel sorry for our loss, be grateful for all the wonderful times we shared with him. This would be his greatest accomplishment and honor.
