Dallas, TX — Patsy Elizabeth Burris, a lifetime resident of Dallas, died peacefully Wednesday the 24th of April after an extended illness.
Born in 1930 in Dallas, Patsy worked as an Executive Assistant until her retirement. She was a long time active member of the Beta Sigma Phi sorority. She was also a seller of antiques and vintage silverware.
Patsy loved animals of all kinds, particularly cats, gardening in the backyard, and traveling the world with her late husband, James T. Burris.
Patsy is survived by her son Richard (Barbara), step-children Jim, and Judy (Floyd), six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
There will be a graveside service at 2pm on Monday, April 29 at the Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery.
