Pat Buechel Ueckert

Patricia Ueckert, 76, of Dallas, Texas, passed away, May 11, 2012 after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease. She was born in Chicago, Illinois, October 25, 1935, one of eleven children. She was married to Al Ueckert. She is survived by husband Al Ueckert; daughter Paula Acosta, daughter and son-in-law Maureen and Kurt Tignor, son and daughter-in-law Bob and Dorothy Buechel, son and daughter-in-law Tom and Lisa Buechel; step-son Steve and wife Rhonda Ueckert, step-daughter Annie and husband Norman Butler, step-daughter Laura and husband John Nauman; grandchildren Monica and husband Mike Mancuso, Christian Buechel, Collin Buechel, Caroline Buechel, Jonathan Tignor, Kendal Tignor, Nicolas Tignor, Josh Ueckert, Missy Ueckert; great-grand daughter Simona Wren Mancuso; sister Annette Derus, nephew Brian Derus; and numerous other nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husband Mel E. Buechel Jr, December 6, 1985. Pat was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She cherished family and friends and being close to them brought her the most joy in life. She was active with the Catholic Daughters of America. She was the matriarch of our family and will be greatly missed.

Rosary will be held 7:00 p.m., Tuesday May 15, 2012 at Sparkman-Crane Funeral Home.
