Pamela Sue (Beisert) Edsall, 54, of Red Oak, Texas went to her heavenly home on February 27, 2021. She was born on December 24, 1966 in Dallas, Texas, the daughter of Ernest and Bernice (Reuther) Beisert.
She was baptized at Grace Lutheran in Dallas, Texas by Reverend Harold Jacobsmeyer on January 22, 1967. Reverend Jacobsmeyer also confirmed her on May 25, 1980 at Grace Lutheran.
She was married by Reverend Craig Schinnerer to Michael Edsall on September 3, 1989 at Cross of Christ Lutheran, Desoto, Texas. This union was blessed with two daughters, Jessica and Caitlin.
Pamela was employed at Jostens, Senergy, Cintas, and Gena Laboratories before joining the staff at Digestive Health at Methodist Hospital in Dallas, where she was employed for 21 years before having to retire. She courageously fought cancer for the past four years, her surgeon calling her "tough as nails". She was loved and advired by so many for her unbreakable spirit and sense of humor. She was a hard, dependable, dedicated worker who felt blessed and thankful for all the Lord had given her, especially her two loving daughters. She was one to manage her materiel blessings very wisely and taught her daughters to do the same. She enjoyed being with family and friends playing games, especially softball, camping, fishing, vacationing with family, dancing, and listening to country music, her idol being Loretta Lynn. She especially enjoyed vegetable gardening with her best friend Jill, canning, and spending time in the country on her parents' farm.
Pamela is survived by her two daughters, Jessica Edsall and fiancé Jonathon Fulbright of Grand Prairie, Texas and Caitlin Edsall of Red Oak, Texas; her parents, Ernest and Bernice Beisert of Lincoln, Texas; her brother, Steven Beisert of Lincoln, Texas; and by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, RIchard and Meta Reuther, and Louis and Minnie Beisert, all of Lincoln, Texas, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services will be held at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church in Desoto, Texas by Reverend Jared Raebel. Committal will follow at Laurel Land Memorial Park.
Memorials can be made to Cross of Christ, Christ the King, American Cancer Society, or any other charitable organizations.
