Nettie Pauline Murrey was born June 2, 1925 in Mineola, Texas, to Mr. and Mrs. Marion Dodson. She passed away April 17, 2017, in Mesquite, Texas.
Pauline will be remembered as an extremely kind person who loved to help others. She enjoyed sewing and tending to the many pear trees on her property.
Pauline was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas A. Murrey. She is survived by her son, Robert (Smokey) Dale; sister, Allice Fay Martinez; nephew, Jess Bradberry and wife Julie; niece, Lavelle Counts and husband Richard; her great friend Jackie Caldwell (who Pauline called “her angel”); as well as many extended family members.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 11:00am, with Visitation one hour prior, all at Grove Hill Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
