Minnie (Mickey) Ola Abel was born December 19, 1919 and passed away December 27, 2013 with Peggy, her daughter, by her side. Minnie was one of eight children born to William and Ida Ball. She was preceded in death by husband Millage Abel. Minnie loved her family more than anything, never met a stranger and loved to cook. She is survived by daughter, Peggy Henderson and husband Allen; grandchildren, Chris Henderson and wife Jennifer; Mark Henderson and wife Christie and great-grandchildren, Max, Brady and Sophie. Visitation is 6-8 p.m., Thursday, January 2, 2014 at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 3, 2014 at Grove Hill Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
