Michael Angel Rivera

Michael was raised in Love Field (North Dallas). He and Sonjia Duarte had one Child.

He was an Evangelist and ran a ministry at Angel Ministries where he worked for more than 15 years.

In his spare time Michael enjoyed fishing, studying the Bible, praying and ministering to others, volunteering at his Church's Food Bank, listening to praise and worship music and spending time with loved ones.

His family and friends will always remember him as a Loving Father and devout christian who committed himself to God's work through his Ministry and his Church.

He is preceded in death by: His Father Prudencio Pete Rivera and Mother Angelina R. Guzman.

Survived by: Daughter Felicia M. Rivera and Son in Law Eric Castellon; Four Grandchildren Elijah Alejandro, Jalysa Alejandro, Aniyah Alejandro and Ruben Alejandro; Brother Jose G. Guerra, Sisters Rosary Campos and (Sisto Campos), Mary H. Guerra and (Shawn Chapman), Belinda Garza and (Mario Garza), Niece Mary Adkins and many other Nieces, Nephews, Brothers and Sisters of the Church and Friends.

Michael Rivera ran a Prison/Rehabilitation Ministry and was a Licensed Evangelist and Ordained Minister.

A visitation for Michael will be held Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 3050 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247.
