Michael Gene Horner, 76, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2022 in Dallas, Texas. He was born May 5, 1946 in Texarkana, Arkansas to Marie Miller and Jessie Horner.
Michael was raised in Union Grove, Texas and attended/graduated from Union Grove High School.
He has two children and worked as a welder.
His family and friends will always remember him as someone that was there for others. He was proud to always be available to help others in need.
He is preceded in death by his mother, father, two sisters and a brother.
Mr. Horner was survived by three sisters, two brothers; son, Michael Scott Horner; daughter, Angela Michelle Ortega; four grandchildren, Aaron Horner, Anthony Ortega, Blake Ortega and Victoria Ortega; and two great-grandchildren.
