Mrs. Mei Lien Hsu Lin was born in Taiwan and was the first child in a family of two brothers and six sisters. She was married to late Mr. Nai Shuan Hsu, who was a master instructor and judge of Judo, Aikido and Tai Chi Chuan and a skillful business manager. Together they raised five daughters and maintained a happy and harmonious marriage of 45 years. They devoted themselves to the well beings of the mankind by emigrating from Taiwan to U.S.A. at the age of 60. They eventually settled down in Dallas around 1986.
Her great joy in life was traveling to different countries to meet new people and bring the awareness of people’s spiritual well beings, serving God and helping others. She devoted herself to this holy mission by being a great role model. She always welcomed everyone with a smile, friends or strangers alike. It is easy for people to feel her sincerity and love just by being with her for a few minutes. She volunteered in the United States and Japan for many years teaching Tai Chi Chuan and cooking.
She was a very loving mother to her five daughters as well as many younger generations. She was also a very caring wife, who was the silent heroine behind the successful husband. She made sure all her five daughters were well educated both in school and at home. She especially emphasized the importance of living a fulfilled and meaningful life and the value of being righteous and loving.
Meilien is survived by her five daughters and six grandchildren.
