Mary Mason, age 80, of Greenville, Mississippi passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2020. Mary was born December 10, 1939 to Jimmie Giles, Sr. and Minnie Nelson.
Mary Mason was a loving and caring wife, mother, aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother. Family was everything to her. Her morals and strong Christian values were what made her a loved and respected woman. Her favorite past times were cooking and spending time with family. Because of the strong spiritual guidance from our beloved mother, we now have peace knowing that she is now resting in a better place. I could only imagine how our lord said to you when he saw you “Well done, good and faithful servant!”
Mary is survived by husband, James Mason; Son James (Brenda) Mason; Daughter Sharon (Maynard) Brown; Son Cedric Mason; Son Rodney Mason; Son Myron (Lora) Mason; Brother Frank Giles; Brother George Scott; Sister Estella Smith; Sister Letha Hawkins.
Mary was preceded in death by her son Cornelius Mason and grand-daughter LaToya Mason.
Serving as pallbearers are Rodney Mason, Cedric Mason, Myron Mason, Maynard Brown, Cedric Mason Jr., and Brandon Mason.
