Mary Ellen Conrad passed away November 24, 2018. She was born October 7, 1949, the first child of George and Ruth Wisniewski, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mary Ellen leaves behind her loving husband, Erv of 48 years. She is also survived by her children, Stephanie (Allan V.) Pinkerton of Bentonville, Arkansas and David Conrad of Austin, Texas. Mary Ellen will be missed by her two grandchildren, Jackson and Kate Elizabeth Pinkerton also of Bentonville, Arkansas, her sisters, Gail (Larry D.) Williams of Algonquin, Illinois and Jayne Wisniewski of Austin, Texas. Mary is also survived by her nephews Steven and Christopher Williams and Chase Wisniewski and her niece Caroline Wisniewski. Mary leaves behind beloved cousins, neighbors and friends.
Mary Ellen is pre-deceased by her parents, George and Ruth Wisniewski of Austin, Texas and Milwaukee, Wisconsin and her mother and father-in-law, Erwin and Gertrude Conrad of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and her brother in law, Larry D. Williams of Algonquin, Illinois.
Mary Ellen was an accomplished woman graduating Magna Cum Laude from Texas Women's University with a degree in Interior Design. Mary Ellen began her career as lead interior design instructor at Bauder College of Fashion and Design in Arlington, Texas and soon after started her interior design company M.E.C Design. In addition to Mary Ellen's career accomplishments, she was most proud of her family. Mary Ellen was an involved parent to her children's activities: scout leader, soccer mom, and parent interests groups; however she received most joy by being Mimi to Jack and Kate. Mary Ellen will be missed by many and remembered by all for her never-ending compassion.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, November 30, 2018 at 3:00 pm Central Time at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church 2700 West Spring Creek Parkway Plano, Texas 75023. The funeral services are coordinated by Ted Dickey West Funeral Home of Dallas, Texas.
