Maria grew up in Oak Cliff and graduated from Adamson High School before the family moved to East Dallas. She worked as a store manager at Tuesday Morning and served at the local elections for years.
She is survived by her husband, Howard Marcon and her two children, Anthony Marcon and Sandy Trent and stepson Jody Copeland.
She was a kind person who was rich in family and friends. Maria touched many lives and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
A visitation for Maria will be held on April 15, 2025, at Sparkman-Crane Funeral Home between 5 and 7pm. Mass will occur the next morning at 10am at St. Pius X Catholic Church in Dallas, followed by a burial service at Sparkman Hillcrest Memorial Park.
