Maria Silvestra Garcia, 40, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2023 in Dallas, Texas. She was born August 10, 1982 in Dallas, Texas to Alejo Garcia and Betty R Vazquez. Maria was raised in East Dallas. Maria graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 2000.
Maria married Enrique Lozano Moreno in 2003. In her spare time she enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Her family and friends will always remember her as being helpful, cheerful, happy and always smiling. She always put others before herself.
Maria is survived by her spouse, Enrique Lozano Moreno; parents, Alejo Garcia and Betty Rodriguez Vazquez; siblings, Alejo Garcia Jr., Gabriel Garcia, Ma Elena Garcia, Alexandra Garcia and Axel Garcia; nephews and nieces, Jacob A Garcia, Joshua Garcia, Giselle Garcia, Angel Isai Ramirez, Cesar Ramirez, Edith Mayte Ramirez, Emiliano Pereira, Sofia Pereira and Maximiliano Mendoza.
A visitation for Maria will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home and Crematory, 3050 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247. A rosary will occur Tuesday, April 25, 2023 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, 3050 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247. A mass of christian burial will occur Wednesday, April 26, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Calvary Hill North Chapel, 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, Texas 75220. An interment will occur Wednesday, April 26, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Calvary Hill Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, Texas 75220.
Maria will be laid to rest in Calvary Hill Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, TX 75220-3338; OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE III; Lot: 102A, Grave: 4.
