Maria De Jesus Soto Martinez

Maria de Jesus Soto Martinez, age 89, passed away on September 10, 2020 in Dallas, TX. She was born on June 20, 1931 in Mexico to the late Jesus Jose Soto Orozco and Longina Martinez Carrillo. Maria was raised in San Juan del Rio, Durango. She married Petronilo Martinez Garcia in 1948 and the couple had 15 children. In her spare time Maria enjoyed listening to music, gardening, and going to try different restaurants. She loved to cook and spending quality time with her family. Her family and friends will always remember her as a strong, honest, and hard working woman with a great sense of humor. She is preceded in death by her children Domingo, Manuel, Consuelo, and Leopoldo Martinez. Maria is survived by her children Oralia, Zenaida, Flora, Teresa, Adelaido, Juvencio, Rosalinda, Petronilo, Maria Guadalupe, Maria A., and Manuel Martinez; She is also survived by her 59 Grandchildren, 139 great Grandchildren, and 29 great great Grandchildren.
