Manuel was born on December 14, 1936, in Clifton, Texas, a son of Paul Tarango and Oralia Rodriguez.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ramona Tarango, who passed away on February 8, 2015.
A visitation for Manuel will be held on Friday, January 18, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Calvary Hill Funeral Home, located at 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, Texas 75220.
The rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, located at 231 N. Marsalis Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75203.
Burial will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery, where Manuel will be laid to rest with his wife, Ramona.
