Lori Jean Wingrove

“This life is but a passing dream, we soon shall wake in heaven”

She was born in Dallas on February 25, 1958. Lori graduated from Hillcrest High School and attended Texas Tech University. She was a life long member of Park Cities Baptist Church, and found peace in that home. She had a passion for gardening, crafting, reading, and jig-saw puzzling.

She was preceded in passing by her parents, William Gordon and Alice Askew.

She is survived by her son, Shawn, her sisters, Deborah McCulley, Alicia and her husband Jack Weinstein.

Graveside service will be held Friday, April 18, 1pm, at Sparkman/Hillcrest. Life Celebration services will be held Saturday, May 3, 2pm, at Park Cities Baptist Church.
