She was predeceased by her husband Carl Rogers, her father Hershel McCormick, and her brother Gary McCormick.
Dian will be lovingly remembered by her children Melissa and Christopher, her son-in-law Jeffery Kime, Jr., and her mother Wanda McCormick. Dian will also be fondly remembered by her siblings Linda Vaughan, Terry McCormick, Doug McCormick, and Ellen Deaton. She will also be forever remembered by her nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Dian graduated from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She earned her teaching certificate from East Texas State University. After 29 years of teaching math and computer science, she retired from Red Oak High School in 2013.
Dian loved family game night, mystery and crime novels, the Texas Rangers, her many computer games, and her cooking and home renovation shows. Her family hopes that you will remember her for her sarcastic sense of humor, dedication to her students, quiet stubbornness, and warm heart.
