Lilli Elizabeth Hance, a daughter, mother and grandmother, delighted her family and friends with her observant wit often expressed in quips and puns, her recall of song lyrics and the world's best pineapple upside down cake.
Born on one of the Bay Islands off the coast of Honduras, she was three when her parents, Adele and True Osgood, brought their daughters to the United States. Skilled in mathematics, Elizabeth (known to her family by her nickname Tootie) graduated from the University of Houston before settling in the Dallas area. When her sons, Scott and Daniel, participated in school sports, she became an avid and proud Soccer Mom. Her hobbies included Jazzercise, baking, going out dancing with friends, and chatting with her sisters about her favorite episodes of Star Trek, House, and The X Files.
Lilli Elizabeth Hance passed away July 28th at the age of 72. She is survived by her sons, Scott and Daniel, her grandchildren, Leo and Everett, her daughter-in-law Melissia, her three sisters, Bonnie, Cecyle and Sharon, and her cherished cats, Lucy and Chloe.
