Lana Zaccarello Turner passed away peacefully at home on Monday, March 14, 2016. Lana was born in Cherokee, Kansas on January 29, 1942, to Frank (deceased) and Ruth Zaccarello. In 1974 they moved to the Lake Highlands area of Dallas where they lived for 15 years. After their twins graduated from college, Lana and Roy bought and renovated a house in Highland Park. During these years of retirement, Lana and Roy enjoyed the weekly symphony and world travel. Lana, also, enjoyed needle pointing and in fact made Christmas stockings for her entire extended family. Reading and the daily crossword were always a part of her day.
