Born June 19, 1981, to Curt and Susan Raschke, Kim grew up in Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Parish Day School, Mary Immaculate School, and Ursuline Academy of Dallas, and pursued her dream of Broadcast Journalism at the University of Missouri. Displaying her characteristic determination and hard work ethic, Kim also achieved her MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Kim loved people, as evidenced by a wide network of friends, and numerous volunteer activities. She used her people skills in her work as Communications Associate Director, Grant Writer, Annual Giving Specialist, and inside Sales Agent. She was dedicated and enthusiastic, a lover of Belgium, the Yankees, hiking, and her Porsche. She always knew the best spots to grab a bite to eat. Kim’s infectious smile and heart of gold touched all that knew her.
Kim is survived by her loving wife Stacie Doughty of Dallas, Texas; parents Curt and Sue Raschke of Dallas, Texas; aunt Sunny and uncle Carl Raschke of Denison, Texas, and many others who cared for her.
Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life at the Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration, Dallas, Texas at 1 pm on Saturday, October 8, 2022.
A visitation with the family is scheduled from 6-8p on Thursday, October 6 and Friday, October 7, 2022 at Ted Dickey West Funeral Home, Dallas, Texas.
